Shipping times may vary by customer location. Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent to your email.

During warmer months, certain hair care products may be sensitive to heat. Customers are responsible for retrieving their packages promptly after delivery. Lorie Store is not responsible for products damaged due to heat exposure after delivery.

Digital products such as e-books are delivered instantly after purchase through a download link on the order confirmation page and by email.
