Shipping & Return Policy

After payment is received, orders will be shipped within 5-7 business days(usually sooner). We will always contact you if there will be a delay.
Lorie Store ships all orders based on the adress given at the time of purchase. we do not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect adress. Please contact us at [email protected] and phone number is 407-315-3622 if your order contains a wrong adress. Customers are responsible for any reshipment cost due to an insufficient adress.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are marked delivery to a customer. It is the customer responsibility to reach out to the carrier to resolve any issues with lost or stolen packages marked delivered by the carrier. Please arrange for someone to retrieve your package to prevent stolen packages.
Due to the nature of our products during in the summer months. please make sure products are not left outside in the heat for long hours. NO REFUNDS will be given for the products ruined by being left outside in the heat.
